AXA-TOPIR8

IR Learning and Playback

By adding a TOPIR8 you also have the ability to control your music sources via infra-red.

The AXA-TOPIR8 is a stand alone version of the Infrared learn and playback card available in the commercial matrix frame. It has an RS232 port for programming from the PC application. Once the device is programmed it can be located anywhere in an installation and the RS485 port is used to control the playback of the stored Infrared codes. Up to 8 independent Infrared outputs are available when stereo infra-red emitters are used.

  ADX2

CD ROM Messaging System.

The ADX2 (2 x CD ROM's) when combined with the matrix provides control and playback of announcements and advertising. Any track can be scheduled to play into any zone or combination of zones at specific times of the day, or days of the week. Tracks can also be manually triggered from any location where there is a control panel. For example, a button at reception could be labelled 'shuttle bus' and if pressed an announcement could playback "Ladies and Gentlemen, our courtesy bus will be leaving in 10 minutes from...." Or inputs could be taken from 3rd party equipment such as motion detectors, intruder alarms or fire/evacuation systems.
